			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I had the common misconception at the start of lifting weights intensely.  In my mind there was only one option, to get big.  Every where you, forums, gyms the message people send is GET BIG.  Well, that&#8217;s wrong.  There is no timeline that goes from you to you big.  You have a choice on how you want to form your body and their are better options.  for one, those that get BIG aren&#8217;t fond of running as it causes need for muscle repair, fatigue, and loss of water.  Well, this now means you get very little cardio.  The only cardio I hear about from the BIGGINGs, as I like to call them, is interval running.  Now that is something that you need to take into consideration as cardio is very good for your heart and tons of other things.  As well, if you want to get big that means extreme amount of protein each day.  We are talking like 6 or 7 full chickens over the course of the day.  I was reading a guys blog and was shocked when I found that for his breakfast he has 8 eggs!  To reach the extreme of getting big you have act extreme.  Now if you enjoy running and care about your health  as well as lifting weights intensely you should go for what I call CUT.  These are lean dudes, that are bulked, have a 6 pack, and have intense dafinition on their muscles.  To achieve this goal I recommend running at least 3 times a week and lifting weights 6 days a week.  If you follow this regiment religously and eat lots of protein with little fat you can reach it.  Remember that most people want the 6 pack when they aspire to have the cut look but if you have some extra fat chilling in you midsection YOU COULD ALREAD HAVE A ^ PACK COVERED WITH FAT!  So get out there and run hard.  Also to get to top levels of anything you have to become knowledgable of what you are doing.  I recommend you check out <a href="http://www.bodybuilding.com">http://www.bodybuilding.com</a> and read an article a day.  They have everything from nutrition to excersizes to motivation.  I used this website soley and got a ton of knowledge from it.  My account is J91621 feel free to add me as a friend or ask me any questions on how I am striving for the CUT look.  This is my first article and will be the least detailed article I write.</p>
